We had a great stay at this house which is tucked back off a secluded drive with just a few other homes nearby. This home has direct access to a private beach. The whole time we were there, we saw like 4 other people. For those with accessibility challenges, to access the beach requires a very long staircase. Probably 100-150 steps which is pictured in the listing. We traveled for a bachelor party and the bunk room worked great for 4 large guys. Would also be perfect for kiddos. The house was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen has nice and modern appliances while the 2 bathrooms were a bit outdated. There is also a 3rd outdoor shower with hot water. The deck is awesome. The host had good communication through the VRBO app as well. 2 recommendations i would have for the host. The first would be in invest in more regular landscaping of the path and staircase that lead to the deck. The long grass is overrunning the path and parts of the staircase were tricky to navigate due to sand accumulating on steps and landings. Also, while the listing photo clearly pictures a grill, and you can make out a big green eggs, travelers should know that the green eggs are inoperable and badly damaged and the propane grill is not the cleanest or in great condition. We did cook on it though. This house great and location was very cool - exceeded my expectations.
