This small cottage was perfect for our stay in Monument and close to events at USAFA. Very clean and comfortable! Enjoyed the short walk down the street to a couple restaurants. Will definitely check the calendar and hope to stay here again on my next trip to northern C Springs area!

Our stay was delightful. The cottage is neat clean and in a very quiet neighvorhood easily accessible to local restaurants and shopping. The host was welcoming and checked in on usafterwe arrived to make sure we had all that we needed. We would definitely recommend this to anyone

We were pleasantly pleased with this stay. The home has been tastefully decorated and was perfect for our time back in the Colorado Springs area. It is very comfortable, is well furnished, and our communication with the owner brought quick responses.This home is in walking distance of downtown Monument with plenty of restaurants located nearby. Don't forget your bikes - it is only a couple blocks to the Santa Fe trail that runs right through Monument.We return to Colorado Springs from time to time. When we do, we will look no further than this home, if it's available.

Absolutely loved your VRBO!!! The best we’ve been to!! Very clean, had everything we needed, very quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to many things. Will definitely be back!!!

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed the wonderfully decorated place! It was conveniently located to everything we had planned. There was even a lovely ice cream shop at the end of the street. Our host was very easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend renting from them!

This was a lovely property, very convenient to USAFA and surrounding sites. We had everything we needed and space to relax. I have to say, the bathroom towels were luxurious! Recommend!
