The property also features a cozy back room with a trundle bed for extra sleeping arrangements. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, AC, etc. Whether your relaxing inside or out, stay cool in this sunny weather with a beautiful outdoor pool and also enjoy the gorgeous Florida sunsets sitting around the firepit or relaxing on the backyard patio while grilling your favorite meal. Enjoy all that Bradenton has to offer but with PLENTY of privacy when you stay at my place.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave stripped bedding on top of the bed it came off of and do not mix.
All used towels can be left in a clothes hamper on the garage floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I'm about as native as it gets when it comes to being a floridian. 7 generations to be exact. As housing developments seem to keep consuming our coastal areas, I knew this property would be one to hold on to.
Why they chose this property
Its funny, I originally bought this property to fix and flip. But, as the days went on, I absolutely fell in love with the ideas and everything this location has to offer. It reminds me of old Florida and trust me the backyard won't disappoint. From the occasional visits from peacocks 🦚 that run wild around here, your guaranteed to experience all sorts of nature.
