**This property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities. A Resort fee (12.8% of the base rental rate) will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards if you decide you would like to use the Resort Facilities.**
Enjoy this beautiful new rental home located on the South end of Fripp Island. This home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have King beds and the fourth makes for a great kid's room with 2 twin bunkbeds and 1 full bed.
The spacious layout and modern amenities make it the perfect vacation spot for families or groups of friends. The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.

We See’um Rentals Too, LLC manages 25 plus properties. If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs. We like the personal help we can provide our guests when we can speak in person.
