Our Salemtown home puts you where historic Germantown meets the energy of downtown. Bachelorette weekend, family reunion, or Titans game, this is your headquarters: four real bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa, room for ten without anyone feeling cramped.

Grab the group shot on The Music City Photo Wall, then head out. Germantown Cafe is a three-minute walk, the Farmers Market is ten, and Broadway`s neon is a five-minute Uber. Back home, take your coffee or the grill out to the oversized private deck.

You`re in Salemtown, one block from the Germantown line, which means the neighborhood`s best tables are your neighbors. Germantown Cafe is a three-minute walk. Nashville Farmers Market, with its food hall and weekend vendors, is ten minutes on foot. Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park and its skyline views are eight, and First Horizon Park, home of the Nashville Sounds, is fifteen, close enough to hear the crowd on game night.

Ready to go bigger? A five-minute rideshare drops you on Broadway among the honky-tonks, in The Gulch for rooftop bars and murals, or at the Frist Art Museum. The Parthenon is ten minutes, the Nashville Zoo twelve. Driving in? Free street parking is right in front of the house.

We loved out stay. It is very close to downtown. We made great use of the kitchen and the grill. Very comfortable.

Great place!

The house was nice and clean. Communication was great with the homeowner. We loved how they had the necessary supplies there, such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap and dish soap. Would recommend!

The house was exceptional, very clean and had all of the amenities. It was listed in Germantown and our expectation was it would have been walking distance to the restaurants, bars and shopping in Germantown, the location required us to uber/lyft to those locations. We did not have any problems with the neighbors, however the neighborhood was somewhat run down.

This house has everything you could basically think of having. The television in the living room is like a 19” where as the main bedroom had a very large TV. Also the main bedroom needs curtains. The windows are up high but we didn’t get one morning to sleep in a little l longer. There is a loft upstairs which we didn’t know about; two young guys came in later the first night and we thought they were up to no good but turns out they were renter’s like us
