Our charming condo is located in the Crystal Village neighborhood of Miramar Beach, just 2 blocks from the sugar white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit is just steps from the swimming pool and features a fully-equipped kitchen, cozy furnishings and a lovely back patio.

In addition to its premier location, our unit offers a fully equipped kitchen complete with updated appliances and all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare and serve your favorite meal. Designed with relaxation in mind, the sunny living area features cozy seating and access to the back patio, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee!

The primary bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king bed and features an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed and offers convenience to a hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. For guests’ convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer and high speed WIFI is complimentary.

285 Payne Street Unit #12A is situated in the heart of Miramar Beach and offers convenience to some of the best shopping, dining, and entertainment on the Emerald Coast. In addition to being just blocks from some of the Gulf’s most beautiful beaches, our condo is just a short drive from the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, and Grand Boulevard Shopping Center.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean upon arrival and in a safe convenient location. Near beach and main roads! Lots of restaurants near by! Would add a few more types of pillows but other than that stay was great!

Comfy & cozy unit close to beach

The complex was pretty quiet and the location was close to the beach! The unit was clean and looked like the pictures with assigned parking right outside of unit. It was located right near the pool which was great. Communication and check in was easy as well. I would stay here again in the future.

Great Location!!

Condo is a short walk to the beach - which we loved! Walk out on the patio and right there is the pool! The condo itself was comfortable and cozy for 7 people. We did have a small issue with the AC…maintenance was awesome & fixed it right away! The host was great at responding quickly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a super clean place. The location was convenient. Very quiet atmosphere and staff was very quick to response and accommodating. The only thing i would say negative is that the mattresses were very uncomfortable, and to maybe upgrade them.
