Stay in this newly added 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo, and you may never want to leave! Unit 36 is centrally located on the 2nd floor, offering fantastic views of the large grassy area, pool, sand dunes, and the Gulf. The easy-access walking mat through the dunes makes beach trips a breeze. Relax on the comfortable patio furniture—but eventually, you’ll need to eat and sleep!

The fully stocked kitchen features beach-themed dishes, trays, bowls, serving pieces, and a unique castle mold for baking a sandcastle-shaped cake. The dining table extends to accommodate larger gatherings, and cushioned stools at the counter provide extra seating. After dinner, enjoy a fun night of cards or board games—many are provided for your entertainment.

The living area has a large flat-screen TV, with additional TVs in each bedroom. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with stunning views of the pool, dunes, and Gulf, plus an en suite bathroom. The middle bedroom has a queen bed, while the back bedroom includes a queen and a twin. The living room also has a chair that converts into a bed. All bedrooms include additional fans for comfort.

Perfect for families, this condo includes a side rail for the twin bed, a highchair, and a pack-n-play (bring your crib sheets). Kids will love the toys and books in the back bedroom, and both bathrooms feature bathtubs for easy bath time. A brand-new washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hall closet.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off all lights, and leave the ceiling fans on. Please lock the deadbolt for the back patio/balcony. The front door will auto-lock when closed.
Load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher, add a dishwasher pod, and start the cycle. Wash any extras by hand. In warm months, set the A/C to 76°F. In cold months, set the heat to 68°F.
Remove all trash before departure and place it in the nearest blue trash dumpsters. Trash dumpsters are located near Buildings A, D, and G.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
THE MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25. No Exceptions! Please note, that we are a family-friendly property! The guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement.
Check-in 4PM - Check-out 11AM. No smoking. No pets. No parties/events. ALL pool rules must be followed!
Check in at front office for parking permits. All renters must have parking permits to avoid violating house rules and being towed at renter's expense

Love The Pelican

I have always stayed at the Pelican and then Hurricane Harvey took that away. I am glad the Pelican is back ! Me and my family loved E 36 and it fit our needs , nice view on the balcony . The front office are amazing they listened to our needs and corrected them and I Thank Them ! We made memories at The Pelican that's the only place me and my family will ever stay when we come back to Port Aransas !
