Our condominium is directly on the beach with beautiful ocean and island views from 3 balconies. It's the perfect seasonal rental unit with open floor plan, large walk in closets and a multitude of amenities including: Secure building, secure under building assigned parking, large kitchen with SS appliances, quartz countertops throughout, lovely updated decor. Newer furniture in all but 1 bedroom. Seating for 8 at dining table, 3 at large kitchen island and 2 at smaller kitchen table. 4 flat screen TVs with cable. Free WiFi. Washer/dryer inside the unit. Pool, jacuzzi, fitness room. Communal pool table and ping pong table. Access to larger Social Room with full kitchen for larger entertaining needs.
