We do frequent vacation rentals. And this is one of the best, this was our 4th or 5th rental of this property. It is always perfect, clean and well equipped, very comfortable. Everything works. A great gas grill for bbq and very clean. The host is always great to work with.

This home was perfect for our gymnastics meet at the Renaissance Hotel. We could walk to the hotel., restaurants, bars, and shopping. The bands were very comfortable and we slept well and a very quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate and well-maintained.. We enjoyed the very large water heater so showers never got cold.This will be a great place to stay for any of the sporting events and we hiked from several mountains.

The kitchen was well stocked with extras to make it convenient and not have to keep doing dishes for an extra cup or piece of silverware. Lots of extra blankets and towels too. This property is as listed. The home was clean, and comfortable. The best part about about it is, it’s location. We walked to the stadium daily and had a wonderful time. It was close to the Beth store, the dispensary, and the grocery store. We will definitely stay again.

Spring Training Junket

We are three mature adults who enjoy spring training games, and this location is perfect for traveling to different parks in Phoenix. The home is clean and quiet and very comfortable. The owners were prompt and super helpful with the question we had. We would definitely stay here again if the possibility arises.

We are conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in Glendale, Arizona. Easy access to 101 Highway. State Farm Stadium, Westgate Entertainment District (includes many restaurants and shops) , Tanger Outlets are 10-15 minute walk or less than a 5 minute drive. Topgolf is a quick 5 minute drive. P83 / Peoria Sports Complex /Bell Rd are only a 15-20 minute drive.

We also have all of the conveniences of a fully furnished and stocked home - wifi, cable, dishes, linens, laundry, BBQ grill, etc.
