Side view of the beach was great for the price we paid! We had coffee on the balcony every morning & enjoyed the sound of the waves and view of the ocean. It's just 1 building away from the Cocoa Beach Pier, where we walked to enjoy evening cocktails at the tiki bar that's directly over the ocean. Grocery store & anything else you need are right there. The pool & grill area were clean & very nice. They even have a Green Egg smoker. The only complaint I have is the bathrooms could use a deep clean. I ended up doing it myself because I can't handle a dirty bathroom.

Absolutely loved this place. Zareh (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) was extremely personable, and responded promptly when ever we had any questions. The rooms were clean, they even had beach chairs for us to use. We will definitely be coming back again!

We had a great stay. The location of the condo is perfect. It’s close to many things to do for all ages. The host was quick to respond, and when an issue arose, he helped to get it fixed right away. We loved the option to go between the pool and ocean. We would definitely stay again.

Everything about this stay from the booking, to the value and the property was excellent. The management group clearly communicated at every step and the condo was exactly as described. Ocean front cute building with very easy access to beach. They have a pool, grills, chairs, boogie boards, and all the supplies you need to make it a few days. Owners were very responsive, helpful, and gave us all the info we needed to enjoy our stay. We even went down to the beach last night and watched a rocket launch.

We had to switch our destination from treasure island to cocoa beach and this did not disappoint. The facility was very well kept up and had everything we needed for our stay. Lots of restaurant options, steps to the beach and pier. The communication from the property manager was great!
