Chateau by the Sea 102 is the perfect place to get away and relax. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a queen air mattress available. In addition, everything you need is provided such as a full kitchen, all linens/towel and a washer/dryer. We also provide beach accessories for your enjoyment.

You are only steps away from the beach in this unit. The ultimate convenience of having private beach access and a heated pool only a few steps from your patio, along with a breathtaking 360 degree view from Chateau's private rooftop patio. This ground floor unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

We loved staying here. The location is perfect if you’re cruising from Port Canaveral. It was clean, spacious and right on the beach. The communication from the management team was excellent. We’ve already booked a stay here for next year. Highly recommend Chateau by the Sea.

The property is excellent. It isn’t huge but is roomy enough for four people to be comfortable. The property was spotless upon arrival. Check in and property information was easy and helpful. The proximity to the beach is excellent. We appreciated very much the umbrellas and chairs provided by the owner. We had a great time and can’t wait to return!

Cocoa Beach Getaway

Property exceeded my expectations. Appointments , from leather sofa, fridge, and bathrooms all in new condition. The ice maker in the fridge however was not working. Saw a launch from the unique rooftop pattio and location is perfect. This is going into my contacts for a repeat stay.

Loved roof top, watching sunrise was fantastic! Furniture was wore out, very uncomfortable, ( couch, chair, & bed). Place was very clean, bathrooms need updated, unsafe for handicapped people. Only communicated by instant messages to management. We did meet maintenance man James, & he took my husband to safe place to fish on his off day. We can’t say enough to compliment James!

Great location and very convenient

We had a wonderful stay here enjoying the beach and going to Sea World. When we first arrived there were a couple of issues that needed fixing (A/C and water heater weren’t working), but luckily they sent someone over and they both ended up being easy fixes. We enjoyed the rest of our stay and loved all of the conveniences that were included (full kitchen with basically all the utensils and appliances you need, washer/dryer, 3 TVs, beach/towels, things for the beach etc). We especially loved the use of the beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards - so fun! We also swam in the pool a few times and it was so nice that it was heated! This is a great little place to stay. We had a good time.

Great spot for a getaway

Very cute condo, just as described. Nice sized bedrooms, but the bathrooms were a bit small for my taste. But that's ok. Could not hear any neighbors from upstairs which was my main concern. Very sound proof. Easy accesses to the beach and the pool was pretty nice. Loved the rooftop seating area. Perfect for the early morning sunrise coffee session or the end of the day cocktails with the family. Overall, probably the most stress free vacation I have had in a long time. So stress free that I made reservations for our next stay before this vacation was over. Thank you Chateau By the Sea for a relaxing vacation

Exactly what we hoped for and more.

This condo was exactly as described. Clean, updated, and perfect for a stay with kids. Keyless entry with number codes made it so easy! We cooked meals in the kitchen, had meals at the dining room table, did all our laundry and it slept 4 adults and 2 kids comfortably! Access to the pool and beach was seamless and close! The beach is clean, and what spectacular views. The roof top view is just amazing! Sea turtle nests were all over the beach, we saw baby turtles!!! Bougie boards, Two chairs and an umbrella for the beach were so nice to have! Walking distance to grocery store, Dunkin’ donuts, the pier. We had an amazing time, excellent stay, and we will be repeat customers. Can’t say enough of how happy we were with this condo!

Good little unit in a great location. It was too small for us for as long as we stayed but that was our issue as it states the sq footage. There were a few items broken but the management was very quick responding when I reached out. We really enjoyed our stay!!!
