Live like a local in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo just steps to all that 30A has to offer. Walk to all the restaurants, or take the golfcart shopping and to the beautiful beaches. Rental comes with a low speed vehicle, Stand Up Paddle board, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys & beach towels. There is a grill by the pool if you like to grill. Located on the second floor of the building were you can watch your kids play in the pool from your private balcony. Every room has a Smart TV. This beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bathroom condo can sleep 6 with the additional pull-out couch. Bedroom one has a King sized bed and bedroom two has a Queen. Less than 5 minutes to the beach where the golf cart parks for free. Walk next door for food & live music at the Old Florida Fish House or grab coffee and drinks at the Beachy Bean!
