This spacious home sits on a private drive just three homes from an expansive private beach. A home office / gym flex room as well as a 3 stop elevator with indoor and outdoor access. There is ample parking for many cars. The home sleeps 11 and boasts four bedrooms three full and two half baths. The upper level includes an oversized kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.



Upper level leads to a large deck with outdoor seating and grill. First floor includes a large living area and spectacular sun room with two stories of windows. The home has a large master and junior master suite each with their own private bathroom. Every bedroom and living room features a flat screen TV. Laundry rooms are on both the upper and lower levels. Heading outside, you will find a private fully landscaped outdoor space. Heated black bottom pool, seven person hot tub, and large open area for lounging, grilling, and dining. Outdoor refrigerator and shower also provided. Beach access is close to Barnegat Light lifeguard stand. The lifeguard is one beach over. 10 beach badges are provided with your stay. Owner provides pillows
