The Space:

This newly built 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage features an open floor plan, making it a great fit for families, friends, and pet owners alike.



Open Living Space – The living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together naturally, ideal for spending time together or unwinding after a day out.

Well-Equipped Kitchen – Stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and plenty of storage make it easy to cook and gather.

Comfortable Bedrooms – Three bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for a good night's sleep.

Updated Bathrooms – Two modern bathrooms with quality fixtures and finishes.

Convenient Location – A short drive to historic downtown, local beaches, shopping, and dining.



Guest Access:

Our driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard-sized vehicles.



It is located just a few minutes drive from the beach and historic downtown. If you have any questions before booking, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!



Note: Our home have outside security cameras that capture audio and visual footage when activated.



The Neighborhood:

St. Augustine is known as the nation's Oldest City, it provides more than just picturesque cobblestone streets, historical landmarks, and immaculate beaches. It is the oldest continuously inhabited European-established community in the continental United States. There are a ton of fascinating tales and historical facts here as well.

Health & Safety: We prioritize the health, safety, and comfort of our guests. Each stay is followed by a thorough cleaning to maintain a welcoming environment.



Late Check-Outs & Early Arrivals

1-2 hours: $100

2-3 hours: $200



Note: Early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed due to our tight cleaning schedule. Please request approval in advance.



Refund Policy

A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.



General Guidelines

●NO PETS ALLOWED

●Garage Access: Not permitted due to liability. If applicable, garage doors must stay closed.

●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.

Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.

●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.

●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.

●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.

●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.

●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.

●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items and clean the dryer lint trap.

●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.

●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.

●Furniture: Do not rearrange.

●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.

●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.

●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.

●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.



Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program.

We believe vacation should be about making memories—not worrying about "what ifs." And let's be honest... nobody likes unexpected damage claims.



To help protect both our guests and our homes, all reservations are required to complete the Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program before check-in.



As part of the simple pre-arrival process, you'll:

Complete a quick guest verification.

Review and electronically sign the Joseph Ellen Rental Agreement.

Choose one of the following protection options:

Damage Waiver: A small non-refundable fee that provides coverage for eligible accidental damage during your stay. This is the most popular option and helps avoid unexpected costs from minor accidents.

Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit hold that's released after checkout, provided no damage or policy violations are found.



We'll send you a secure guest portal link before your arrival to complete these quick steps. It only takes a few minutes and helps create a smoother, worry-free experience for everyone.
