Private extended balcony overlooking the water!

Unit 1105 is a two bedroom condo, and each bedroom has its own full bath. The couch pulls out to make a full-size bed with a gel mattress for more guest accommodations. The living room has a large 50" flat screen with blue-ray player and both bedrooms have 32" flat screens with DVD players. Cable TV and Wi-Fi is included. A pack-n-play is provided for the convenience of our guests with small children. The kitchen has granite and all stainless-steel appliances. The balcony is one of the few units with the extra-large balcony area for eating at the table while overlooking the water or just for relaxing outside.

Beach chairs/umbrella set ups are NOT included with the rental. For beach chair rentals, you can call (850) 376-4973. For bike and/or golf cart rentals, you will call (850) 231-2974. These are all options for you to rent through Southwind’s Beach Service. Remember to let them know that you are a One Seagrove Place guest to receive our discount.

One Seagrove Place is less than two miles from the famous Seaside and Watercolor Resorts without all the traffic and crowds. You will not have to cross a street to get to the beach, you are ON THE BEACH! A short drive to Destin for fishing and outlet shopping and Panama City where the Pier Park area has movie theaters, shopping, restaurants, and putt putt. Within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in South Walton Beaches. National seashores and forests are nearby with hiking and bike trails. Bring your own bike or rent them right next door. Goatfeathers Seafood market is right next door, so you can walk to pick out your fresh seafood.
