Pictures are true to the experience. We stayed a week and relaxed. Precautions for everyone's health is being adhered to Including wearing mask, social distancing, and attention to cleaning. Staff was attentive and helpful. Information I wish I new in advance: Yes, there is a gravel road to put your boat in on the property, the county road to the resort is bumpy, superb grill - bring what you enjoy grilling, the grocery store in Eureka Springs is very basic, each cabin or condo had it's own parking, there is parking near the dock, book your pontoon boat, boat slip or massages in advance, bring quarters and five dollar bills if you plan to visit downtown Eureka Springs for parking, and most of all relax and enjoy. We are recommending to our friends.

Beautifull view very clean had a wonderful 2 days of relaxing!

Vrbo made process quick and easy directions to find this treasure were spot on! We will be back !

Great little get way for hub’s 30th.

The property was very clean and had amazing views. The deck was nice, but not very private, as you could hear other people on their decks. This wasn’t a huge deal and no one was being unruly or loud. The resort is very quiet and relaxing. The BBQ grill was newer and worked perfectly. We loved watching the humming birds. I had never witnessed that many hummingbirds at one time in my life. The WiFi (which might have been coming from the main building) was spotty in the suite as far as personal devices are concerned (we were on the end) but the WiFi connected to the TV and echo dot didn’t seem to have any connection issues. The WiFi on the dock was great. The tv remote control wasn’t very user friendly. I really enjoyed the sun deck and all the amenities on the dock for fishing/canoeing. There are really fish hanging out around the indoor fishing hole. The staff was very hospitable! The worst part of the trip was that we were upset we didn’t book our stay for longer! We will definitely plan a trip back.
