Little Cabin in the Woods is a private lakefront guest cabin nestled on 17 acres on Beaver Lake. It is a short stroll to the shoreline or if you prefer, sit on the covered porch and view the lake. The surroundings are inviting and peaceful as you listen to the songbirds or catch a glimpse of the deer in the early mornings or late afternoons.

The hardwood forest around you invites you to walk along the trails to explore the flora and fauna. Enjoy the lake for relaxing, fishing, and swimming or be adventurous and explore the shoreline ...In the evening, you may watch the moon rise over the lake, hear the whippoorwills' serenade, snuggle with your loved one for a quiet conversation/ movie, or have a relaxing jacuzzi experience.

Our cabin will also welcome you with complimentary water, popcorn, coffee, tea, movies and not to forget, chocolate!

Historic Eureka Springs is just minutes away if you prefer to enjoy in its many festivals, shops, galleries, and fine restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at Cheryl’s property. The pictures don’t do this place justice! The host was very kind, provided excellent directions, and lots of personal touches for our stay. This cabin provides plenty of privacy and has a dock for guests use on the lake. It is an awesome property with a great host!

Wonderful place to stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay. We did lots of hiking, mountain bike riding, fishing, and experiencing downtown Eureka Springs. The host was amazing and super nice! We will definitely be coming back again.

Perfect!

We have stayed at The Little Cabin in the Woods several times now. Cheryl is an amazing host and her attention to detail is incredible. If you are looking for a private and quiet place to reset and unwind look no further. We especially enjoyed sitting on the dock, walking the trails, and watching the wildlife.

Cabin sweet cBin

We loved our stay in the little cabin. We were there for a week. Cheryl, our host, was friendly and very accommodating. The property is an absolute gem. Our highlights were hiking with our dog, fishing for stripers with a guide, and a parade and two great meals in Eureka. We highly recommend the area generally and the little cabin in particular. Beautiful nature retreat

This is a remote cabin with views of the lake on two sides. It’s quaint and cozy and everything you could want or need for a quiet getaway in nature.

Little Cabin Big Woods

Neat little space. Great setting! Out, but not out of the way. Enjoy the woods and lake, and head to town for great eats. Or stay to yourself in beautiful seclusion your whole trip.

Pictures don’t do it justice!

The little cabin in the woods is ADORABLE! We celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday and it was perfect! The cabin is DEEP in the words and had an amazing view of the water! Cheryl made sure the cabin was clean and even had a few surprises to welcome us. This was our first time to beaver lake and eureka springs and we look forward to staying at the little cabin in the woods again!

Perfect Cabin in the woods & lake shore

The Little Cabin in the Woods was absolutely lovely! The detail that went in to this adorable cabin was beyond our expectations. The bed has to be one of the most comfortable I have experienced. It is obvious the owners take great care and have an artistic flare. We canoed on Beaver Lake & did a lot of walking. It was the perfect quiet getaway for our road trip. I thank Cheryl from the bottom of my heart for making our trip a success. Highly recommended!

Perfect little getaway

We loved the Little Cabin in the Woods! I’m pretty picky when it comes to lodging, but this was exactly what we were hoping for: clean, quiet, and right next to the water. Beaver Lake is beautiful! Cheryl has really nailed the details, making our stay so comfortable. We had coffee on the back porch, did a little hiking around the property, and spent time on the water on paddleboards. There are kayaks and a canoe to rent, and a firepit next to the cabin which would have been fun if we had more time. We went out to dinner in Eureka Springs so didn’t use the little kitchen much but seems like it’s stocked with the basics needed. Be aware that 4-wheel drive is helpful for the gravel roads, and the lake roads are quite dark at night. This was a wonderful weekend spot, and we’d love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved watching a family of deer from the deck and feeding the birds. The location was perfect, close to town but still peaceful and surrounded by nature. We also enjoyed hiking around Beaver Lake and finding shells. We would happily stay here again!

This was a beautiful property and a great place to reset with my husband. We got to spend some time on the dock and on the back patio of the cabin which was amazing! All the birds and wildlife roaming around made it easy to enjoy the simplicity of nature. We also enjoyed Eureka Springs and all its offerings as well but mostly enjoyed our time at the cabin. We were glad we brought our truck for the drive once closer to the property but what a beautiful drive it was! Cheryl was a great host and had even the smallest of things thought out. The cleanliness was top notch.

Great secluded getaway

This is a cute cabin tucked away in the woods. Great lake access. Has all the amenities you need. The porch off the back is really nice for enjoying morning coffee. The roads to the cabin are slightly challenging…but if you’re looking for a relaxing, secluded spot that is kind of off the grid, this is the place for you!

Great Cabin on the lake

We stayed in mid-march and with no leaves on the trees you could see the lake well from the deck but you didn't feel like you were on display. I generally dislike my wife's crossover SUV but this and the other cabins we have stayed at have roads that requires more ground clearance than my car has. This was the cheapest cabin we have stayed at in Eureka Springs and a tremendous experience.
