Its a very low-traffic área.
Quiet, peaceful, scenic-!!

37 acres of field/pasture/woods. Wide open space. Peaceful. Serene. Very low traffic area. Feel free to park & roam.

4 bicycles (one tandem) available on property for use. Beautiful area to spend a few days off the beaten path.

Morrow Mountain State Park within walking distance.
Uwharrie National Forrest close-by.
Badin Lake.
Lake Tillery. Great fishing.
Learn to drive a zero-turn also!

Too dirty,!

No lights, dust built up very thick, 4 side wall are just built with plywood, no air conditioning, no restroom or sink. I can look from inside to outside. To many to to put list for review, nasty place!
