Enjoy a Great Floor Plan with this completely Remodeled Condo. It features a large master bedroom with it's own bath. The living room has a vaulted ceiling which allows for a very open feeling, along with a 60 inch High Definition television and very comfortable leather sofa. The master has a 50 inch television. The kitchen is all new with granite countertops and will have everything you will need. The Condo is an end unit and one story with no one above and shares only one wall and has all pella windows and doors, which allows it to be quieter than most condos. It has a small but private back patio with A webber grill and some very comfortable chairs around a round table with an umbrella. It has a covered parking spot in the back or you can pull right up to the front door in the front.

All guests must adhere to the city and house rules. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am The city prohibits music and loud noise during these hours.. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. Any fines will be passed onto the guests. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Great place

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and complete thoroughness of supplies. We were delighted that it was so well stocked. The location was fabulous. We were very close to family and stores. There was plenty of parking and the swimming pool was great!

The two bedroom, two bath condo was just as advertised. Spotless with a well stocked kitchen including every pot, pan and utensil you could think of. Especially enjoyed sitting in the private outdoor patio. Highly recommend!

Best VRBO ever

Clean, comfortable, quiet & stocked like no other place we've stayed. Private patio with hot tub was a favorite. Great neighborhood location with access to a walking path at the canal, convenient to all shopping & easy highway access. Bring nothing but your clothes because you won't need it!

Perfect Property in Tempe

This property in Tempe was perfect. The location was great close to shops and restaurants but in a quiet condo neighborhood. The host was very helpful and the check in and out process were very easy. The property was beautifully clean and I have never been in a VRBO property that was better stocked and appointed with absolutely everything you might need. We would without a doubt stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Sports getaway

We came to Arizona for hockey and spring training. This location was perfect. The property was in immaculate condition and well stocked. The property manager explained everything thoroughly when we arrived. He was also easy to reach when we had questions. I would return to this location and highly recommend it to others.

Perfect Property in Tempe

We have stayed here before and it is the perfect property to stay in Tempe. The location is great for all sorts of shops, grocery stores, restaurants etc. and close to the Western Canal path for walking or biking. The property is one of the best appointed that we have ever stayed in with absolutely everything you could possibly need. It is very clean. The hosts are very hospitable with an easy check in and check out process and great communication. They were so gracious when we needed to stay an extra week and made the continued reservation process very simple. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in the area.

Perfect Property in Tempe

This is the second time we have stayed in this property and it is absolutely perfect for our needs. The location is great with easy access for all shops, restaurants, entertainment and grocery stores that Tempe has to offer. It is close to the Western Canal Path for those who like to walk or bike. The property is very clean and the best appointed of any property we have stayed in with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The hosts are very communicative and were flexible with our last minute request to stay additional days. They make check in and out very easy. We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking to stay in tempe or near Phoenix.

We have stayed in condos in many locations in America and the Caribbean. This one was everything it was advertised to be. The location was perfect and it was cleaner than any other property we had ever rented. Walt, (the Host) allowed an early check-in and met us there in person. We had a small problem with the grill and he responded immediately. We had never even had a grill on the patio of another rental. All in all a perfect place to stay.

Everything was amazing!!

This has been my favorite place I’ve stayed, and I’ve stayed at a lot of places in different states/cities. I’m from Phoenix so this was just a staycation as I’m moving houses. This property had everything we needed. Every kitchen appliance you can think of, towels, sheets, extra blankets. Parking spot was right out the front door which is convenient. Washer and dryer was great, the pool was clean and refreshing in this 115 degree heat. Neighborhood was quiet and close to literally everything. Honestly I can’t say anything bad about this property. Definitely will recommend to my family and friends who come visit and I’ll for sure be back!!

Hidden gem in Tempe

By far the best vrbo stay yet! Talk about everything u could want! Theyve thought of it all , plus. Pool was a 5/10 . No umbrellas. Walts restaurant recommendations were spot on. See ya next year!

Exceeded expectations

The property is even nicer than the photos of it! It has everything needed for a great stay. The kitchen has all you could need and more. Walt responded immediately to questions before our stay and check in was simple. Would stay again. In fact, we tried to go back but alas, it was booked.

Very satisfied.

Very comfortable beds. King size. Loved them. Kitchen had everything I can think of. It met all our needs and we were very satisfied. Only negatives: Furnishings kind of dated. Lock on front door did not work smoothly. Had trouble getting in a couple times. Neighborhood wasn’t great. But ok I guess.

Comfortable Accomodations in Tempe

Our stay in your condo was a wonderful winter get-a-way for us. The check-in process was easy and informative. Walt gave us some suggestions on where to visit during our stay. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and easily accommodated guests. The kitchen was pleasantly supplied with dishes and appliances. Walt was easy to reach and attentive to a small plumbing problem fixed during our stay. We enjoyed being so close to the golf course and walking in the neighborhood. Would combe back again.
