When we got to the property, the code didn't work and the host never answered. VRBO customer service also could not connect with the host. VRBO customer service helped us get an new place for Sat and Sun as there was nothing available for Friday. Put us up in a hotel for Friday night.

You called us one minute after check-in and already had the reservation cancelled within 20 minutes of checkin. The funny part is as soon as you canceled someone else booked that night, and they had no problem opening the front door.

My family came into town for college visit. It was convenient to ASU’s campus and also very close to activities at Papago Park. The property was well-appointed and gave us plenty of space to spread out and decompress. Highly recommended!
