First, we ask that you take all trash outside and place in the trash bin and place near the curb located directly in front of the home. Please be sure to tie all trash bags before taking out.
Strip beds and place linen on the bedroom floors /towels on the laundry floor. (EXCLUDING MATTRESS PROTECTORS AND BLANKETS). Set the thermostat to 73⁰ and make sure all doors and windows are locked.

This home has great open space for family members to play games or watch tv as a large group. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The neighborhood is pretty quiet but has easy access to interstate travel. Host was very receptive to small requests and answered all communications very quickly.

Great location, not far from New Orleans but far enough to have quiet areas and family oriented spaces. Neighborhood has a large playground perfect for kids of all ages. The house is big and very open! We would definitely come back!

Very conveniently located, fenced in yard pet friendly, spacious - lots of room for everyone to hang out or take a break. Kids' room had a ton of video games and console - which my son loved. Nice appliances and smart TV's. Master suite was luxurious. We stayed in Slidell to be near family, but the location was perfect for hopping on the highway to head to New Orleans. However, if you have pet allergies, the furniture and rugs had a lot of pet hair when we arrived, and no vacuum to clean it left us a little wheezy.

Very Nice Place

The property was excellent and beautiful. The communication with the owner was outstanding and highly responsive, often within minutes. This was especially valuable because we did have a smoke detector with a low battery and it was chirping the owner was out the next day to fix it. This was a nice quite and safe neighborhood. It was an easy drive on the freeway to the French Quarter. Really nice appliances that worked and kitchen cookware was available to use. Would highly recommend.

This house is a four bedroom three bath huge master bedroom the house came with all kinds of things in the pantry plates spoons cups house had dish detergent a dishwasher one of the spotlight for the house all rooms have TVs my favorite TV is the one that's in the front on the smart refrigerator. You can watch TV while you are cooking. You can watch news while you're cooking. You can also listen to music while you're cooking. I will say this is a go to if your going to new Orleans not far and stores all restaurants are very close. Walmart is seven minutes away. The dollar store is five minutes away. Gas is in mins as well from home

Nice rental - hence the 4 stars. Not 5 stars but not 3 if that makes sense. Everything was provided except there should be more towels. Only washcloths provided were the 2 make up towels on vanity. The entryway should have been swept clean as it is the first impression. Back yard needed mowing when we arrived and was taken care of very early next morning. The third bedroom was pictured as having two separate beds and when we arrived it was a child trundle bed. Our young girls did not enjoy the large scary comic character posters on the walls (not pictured in listing). This rental did provide our family with a comfortable lodging stay.

Hi Tammy, I'm happy you enjoyed the stay and sorry that you had hiccups. We do strive to make every stay enjoyable for every guest. Any issues that may arise are usually taken care of with swift action, and we did try to reach out to see if there were any concerns. However, there was no response, and therefore we assumed there weren't any issues. We professionally clean all of our rentals and Stock plenty of towels, which were located in the linen closet near the two bedrooms and single bath. A simple request on the site would have solved your issue. My apologies about the posters. We will take that into consideration going forward.. Again, thanks for your reservation.
