Gulf Views! Remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath. VERY PRIVATE WITH AN IDEAL LOCATION ON THE GULF SIDE OF GULF BOULEVARD WITH BEAUTIFUL SUNSET VIEWS. Updated kitchen & baths. stainless steel appliances, & granite counter tops. Updated primary bath and guest bath, new floors, windows and sliders. Enjoy entertaining and relaxing on large wrap around deck. Listen to the Gulf waves as you sleep. Sleeps 4. Primary bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Minimum stay: 5 Days within Saturday-to-Saturday. Monthly rentals in January, February, March and April preferred...checking in on the closest Saturday. Great location with direct flights to Tampa from major US cities & Europe. Free Wifi. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are provided. I prefer to talk to all my guests prior to confirming. Amazing! The condo was exactly as described. Nice views of the ocean. We loved the direct access to the beach. The host provided everything you could need…beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, even aloe vera gel for sunburn!

This is a beautiful property and exactly as promised. The beach is right outside your door and you can walk for miles on the soft sand, looking for shells and enjoying the ocean. We absolutely love Pelican Place and Gert is the ultimate host! We will definitely be back, thanks!

Beautiful apartment steps from the beach

We had a great time staying in this spacious two bedroom apartment. We particularly liked the amenities and the large balcony, which spans the length of the whole apartment. Convenient location to restaurants, shopping, etc. within a quick drive. The owner was very nice and helpful.

So close to the beach

Condo was roomy, clean and beautiful. The porch was so nice and only a few steps to the beach. The condo had everything we needed. Would highly recommend if you don’t like the crowds, but love the beach!

Great relaxing beach vacation!

We had a fabulous getaway at this lovely beach condo. The condo was well-equipped, clean and comfortable. We walked along the beach to the Bird Sanctuary and to dinner at Salt Rock. Loved hanging out on the deck and listening to the waves. We will definitely book again on our next trip to Indian Shores! The sunset are beautiful!

We stayed for a week in early April. The experience was awesome. Great place and location. Everything you need for a week on the beach is provided. Beach is clean and not crowded. Close to stores, restaurants etc. We would definitely come back.

A hidden gem!

Everything about this property is amazing- the location, the view, the furnishings. It's simply beautiful. The condo is well stocked with everything you'll need and then some. Gert is the best VRBO host I have ever worked with. The only problem is that we can't get back soon enough.

This was our first time to stay here, and we will definitely be back. This condo was in the perfect location and was just right for our family of four. It was so nice to be steps away from the sand. Why they chose this property

We always wanted to have a calm and peaceful beach getaway with white sand beaches so we purchased this condo and named it Pelican Place. Situated conveniently halfway between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.

What makes this property unique

Gulf of Mexico views and a short walk to beach. Close to great restaurants -- easy walk up the beach to Salt Rock Grill. Trolley stop to Pass-a-Grille in St Pete Beach. Close to putt-putt golf! The Dali Museum is fabulous! http://thedali.org and then have lunch at Doc Ford's on the water.
