Experience Dandridge like a local in this 2-bedroom (plus bonus room) cabin. The gorgeous interior features 1 king bed in a private bedroom on the mall main floor, 1 full bed in the large lofted area upstairs and 1 twin bed in a bonus room with door off the loft. A play pen (on request), TV, DVD player with movies, games, and books are also available in the loft. Enjoy the superb bathroom amenities including a jetted bathtub and large rain shower head. This large bathroom also has stackable washer and dryer hidden by a large barn door. Newly installed fiber internet & free WiFi available so guests can stay connected. A Roku TV with Paramount + available in the living room. Our newly renovated kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator ,gas range and oven, microwave, crock pot, toaster, Keurig coffee bar, pots, pans, and utensils to cook and serve. The living area has gas fire place and ceiling fans for your comfort. Our large deck overlooks the beautiful outdoor area with a fire pit, plenty of outdoor furniture, a two person swing, and charcoal grill. A second smaller deck is located off the main bedroom that leads to a newly installed 4 person hot tub/spa. Enjoy beautiful Douglas Lake with boat launch access less than 1/4 mile from our property. Our Schlage keyless entry system makes coming and going easy and stress free, plus, we'll leave the light on for you. Literally...we have solar lights and flood lights to make our cabin in the woods lit when you need it. All this and more make our peek a view cabin the perfect cozy get away! We look forward to welcoming you to our place. More info: Our cabin is steps away from Douglas Lake and has a seasonal “peek a view” from the front & side porches! Lake water levels are controlled by the damn system. Water levels are high from May -September. -Must be 25 years old to rent. -1 Pet allowed under 50 lbs if trained. (More than 1 small or miniature pet allowed only if approved by owner & under 50 lbs) Must be trained. Pet fee. -Absolutely NO smoking or vaping allowed inside the property. -Our property does have outdoor security cameras for your protection.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property is very nice. We brought our boat and while it was a little tight getting to the property, we made it work and the boat launch was very close which we enjoyed! The lake is great, water was warm and the restaurants on the lake were good. My dog had a great time coming with us and we enjoyed all the amenities the cabin had to offer at night. I would definitely stay again!

Absolutely no complaints! Our stay was great, the cabin was the nicest one we have ever stayed in. Everything we needed was there. Misty was great checking to make sure we were good and how everything was.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin! The cabin was very clean and looked as advertised. We did some paddleboarding in the lake. This location is close enough to 'touristy' stuff but far enough away to view deer in the yard! Great experience!

Beautiful cabin tucked away in Tennessee mountains. Exceptional home and host. Exactly as pictured-spotless and cozy. Never have I stayed where the host had left so many thoughtful things for guests to enjoy! Wine, cold drinks, variety of snacks, and a fresh bag of ice . Great Cabin

We loved this cabin. It was so close to the lake and we were able to take our boat back and forth to the lake with no problems. Close to town and multiple boat ramps. Great eating place only 15-20 mintues away. We saw racoons and deer every morning from the deck. We will be back in the fall.

Douglas Lake Cabin

We had a wonderful time. Loved the cabin. The kitchen was well stocked. The king bed mattress was the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on in all of our travels. Outdoor spaces including the grilling area were phenomenal. The shower and hot tub are awesome. We really enjoyed the fresh smell of pine wood inside the cabin. The cabin is very clean and well maintained. We’ve already booked a future stay at this same place.

Don’t expect an actual view of the lake because there isn’t one from the cabin. However, the cabin is fantastic! Beautiful from top to bottom! Well stocked kitchen, wonderful thick and fluffy bath towels, jetted tub. Beds were comfy! Deck was wonderful! I sat and drank my morning coffee while I watched several dear eat their breakfast! We just loved it!

This property looked exactly as the pictures. Owner was excellent at communication regardless of when it was. Plenty of yard for our fur babies Home was clean, very cozy and had everything we needed. The drive to Gatlinburg was an hour, so not to bad and taking back roads you miss all the traffic which was excellent for us. Excellent location to the lake. We had no complaints and will be back in the future.

Unfortunately, we had to cancel this guest due to a refrigerator leak and ruined floor. Our cabin floors had to be replaced the following week. Thankfully, VRBO helped this guest to find another rental. We are so sorry for this unfortunate incident and offered this guest a free night in the future.

Hello! We're excited to share our cabin with you! My husband and I are from East Tennessee. We love the Douglas Lake area for many reasons, but mostly because he proposed to me in a fishing boat on this lake and we spent many summers in and around this water with our children. When we found this property on the lake, we knew we wanted to share it with others!

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is quiet and safe. It's in a great location, not too far from town, located between Newport and Dandridge off I-40. Our cabin has that relaxing country feel with wooded areas in front and back of the property and plenty of wildlife.

What makes this property unique

Besides being so darn cute, our cabin offers a practical outdoor area perfect for lounging, grilling, or playing games. It is steps away from Douglas Lake AND... there is a Pontoon boat /jet ski rental business within walking distance of our cabin. Our cabin location is ideal, less than 1 hour from Knoxville, Sevierville, and Dollywood!!!
