Our private second floor screened porch offers breath taking views of the Atlantic: whether you are relaxing in the seating area or dining at the table that seats 6-8, you have unobstructed view of the Atlantic. The best part is there is nothing between you and the beach except our private 90 x 60 ocean front patio (a truly unique feature on Tybee). This is a classic Tybee Beach retreat for the whole family. We are ocean front on Second Street halfway between the pier and the light house.
The same panoramic views of the ocean continue inside the open concept living room area. Sit on the large sectional sofa and watch the dolphin frolic, or gaze out the kitchen window to see large ships and enjoy the view all the way to Hilton Head.
The large kitchen is fully equipped and has room for several cooks. The breakfast bar accommodates six plus a game pub table with 4 chairs offers even more seating-all with that panoramic ocean view! An additional dining table that seats 6-8 is available on the screened porch. (Plus there are ocean front tables and chairs on the patio near the grilling area.)
The three roomy bedrooms have their own charming personality and access to ocean views. The large master bedroom features French doors that open onto a private balcony with a sweeping view of the ocean. A flat screen TV and a large attached bath complete the master suite.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and ocean views. The third bedroom has 2 double beds and ocean views.
The large hall bath has a divided vanity and bath area to accommodate more guests. The washer and dryer is located in the laundry room off the hallway. You will find the iron & ironing board there, too.
Once you leave your unit, you have access to the shared 90 X 60 foot patio that is unique on the island. It is right on the ocean and has plenty of seating, chaises, tables and chairs and an outdoor grilling area.
No wonder it has been the site of so many BEACH WEDDINGS AND FAMILY REUNIONS. Enjoy the hot water outdoor shower when you come off the sand or want to cool off after cooking on the charcoal grill.

This Entire property will accommodate larger groups. You can expand to include our other three OCEAN WATCH properties at this locations for 7 or 9 bedrooms to sleep up to 19 in beds. You are only a short walk from the Pier or the Lighthouse. Only 15 minutes away is the historical district of Savannah with all of its charm, fantastic shopping and wonderful restaurants.
