-Absolutely no hunting on our property

-No swimming in the pond

-Please be responsible by the pond (especially if young children are near the pond)

-No smoking in the house but you are able to smoke outdoors. Please be respectful and clean-up after you’re finished.

-No illegal drugs of any kind.

-No Pets

-There is no lifeguard on duty at the pond. Fish at your own risk.

-Young children are more than welcome at the lake house, includes crib.

-Security Deposit - if you damage or leave the property in a state that requires out of the normal cleaning, you will be charged for it.
