Great Location!

Close to everything you may need. The only thing missing was Splenda/Sugar for coffee, but store is right up the street.

Host was unresponsive when we arrived to Huntsville after driving 7 hours. I called from my phone, emailed the host in the app as instructed, and a representative from Vrbo tried reaching the host NO RESPONSE. We were in town for my son’s college graduation only to find ourselves without accommodations. Vrbo relocated my family to a hotel for the evening. No acceptable excuse for this to have happened. There was no communication from this host requesting any additional verification for any issue/concern. The reservation was booked(4 adults/2 children), approved and payment made/cleared as standard for any booking. My experience is my experience and I absolutely will not water down my displeasure over this situation. All listings by this host need to removed from this platform. If Vrbo has a standard use this aa a training opportunity. Personally, I have no level of confidence in Vrbo at this time. I will not accept any explanation because this should not happen to anyone. This review is meant to be punitive and without regard to others perception. My experience is my experience. If Vrbo does not like the way this feels then hold the host accountable. While it will not erase what happened to my family, Vrbo can absolutely make sure it doesn’t happen to another person/family.
