The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn all AC thermostats to 74 degrees. Turn off all lights and ceiling fans. Leave used towels in the designated bathroom areas or pool towels in the laundry room.
Strip the sheets from any beds that were slept in and leave them on the bed that they were originally on. This helps us know which beds were slept in and speeds up turnover.
Close / lower all Roman shades and window Drapes to prevent the sunlight rays from heating up the interiors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Property was as described - spacious and comfortable for our group of women celebrating our 70th birthdays. Communication with Frankie was amazing - he responded quickly when we had a question. Beds are comfortable. Pool was clean and deck was nice and roomy for us to gather. There is a large back yard to the river with playground equipment for children. If we come back to this area we would definitely rent this house again. Frankie is the perfect host!

Family Weekend

Very quick and attentive communication with owner. Clean property. Property is secluded which is a plus. River was high due to all the rain, so we weren't able to use the fishing dock but we had boats so it all worked out. I wish other owners were as attentive as Frankie
