I am Slaven. I was born in Croatia. In 1996 I moved to Australia and I have been living in Adelaide and then in Sydney. When I returned to my homeland, I have decided to build a small cottage in old Dalmatian style. I sincerely hope that you will enjoy your time spent there.

What makes this property unique

This small cottage has modern design inside. However outside of the cottage has been made to reflect authentic dalmatian house building style. Pool, that is just outside of the cottage, has complete privacy as cottage is situated on top of the Mimice village. Views from pool and patio are spectacular. Additionally, you can prepare food using fireplace outside of the apartment is only yours to use.
