This is why I enjoy providing my home for families or those who seek a comfortable home to relax and unwind.

Why they chose this property

The Quail Hill neighborhood is one of the newest subdivisions in the Ridgefield area. It is also on the opposite side of the freeway to which you'll find all the larger shopping and congested areas. Aside from being a newer development, the streets are large with ample street parking with nice, friendly neighbors. This neighoborhood is as peaceful as it comes while being very close to everything you need.

What makes this property unique

I chose this property due to the walking trail and green space located directly behind and not having any back neighbors. If you need some fresh air, you can step onto the back lanai and take in the crisp air while enjoying the views of the green space. The home is also located and the crossing of the T in the road which allows perfect views of both streets and can keep an eye on your car should you choose to park across the street. The home is only a couple years old with very little wear and tear keeping everything working properly in the home.
