Nice place to stay close to the main Wimberly hot spots
Visited during Spring Break 2023 and although the weather was not great that week, we were able to visit all the main attractions which were all close by. The upstairs apartment was convenient and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. A nice place to stay if you like to stay indoors or get out and see the sights of the town. Briefly met the owners who live downstairs and were very nice and we were warmly welcomed. Overall, a very nice play to stay near downtown Wimberly.

Came down for a visit for my birthday, toured several of the local distilleries and had dinner in town at a couple of restaurants, great little town and the location of the VRBO property was outstanding!!

Very nice place! - it seems well built and well maintained. You have to press lock button on the key pad after the code to engage the lock. That detail was not in the check-in instructions and should be (even though there was info about how to jiggle the handle etc.) but a quick text and we were all set within 5 minutes. The front door and interior staircase area are very narrow but has a hand rail on the bottom set of stairs. So getting luggage, ice chests up and down is tight but manageable. I personally feel there should be photos of the staircase sections on the listing. Great location and plenty of parking for at least six vehicles however we were not permitted to park on premises to walk to Blue Hole around 2pm even though the platform correspondence said to check back on check-in day. There was NEVER a response to that inquiry. It would have been so much more convenient to park at the rental especially seeing the amount of parking available. The creek in the backyard is so cool and the trees are beautiful! We walked to town via the nature path and it wasn't too bad even in the heat. This apartment has a lot of personal items (family photos, kids desk, wine fridge, China cabinet, furniture) that seemed unnecessary to the rental but overall it was a great place to stay and probably one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. There is new construction going on next door but we were not disturbed over the weekend.

Beautiful view of Cypress Creek
Such a cute and comfortable place in a gorgeous setting. It was the perfect place for our girls’ trip. It’s so close to Wimberley that we could have walked. We loved sitting on the balcony while drinking our coffee in the morning. We even saw a deer and a hawk across the creek. My only complaint is that there wasn’t enough toilet paper for 4 women. Bring your own!

Amazing Getaway!
This luxury apartment totally exceeded our expectations! The location is amazing and you can easily walk to Blue Hole or downtown Wimberley. It's very clean and exactly as described. As others have mentioned, you can hear everything the owners are saying, so I assume they could hear everything we were saying. They also have a dog that barks pretty consistently when they're not there. We're dog people, so we didn't mind it but others might. We will definitely stay there again!
