About this property

Fort Huachuca. Home with private Gym. Pet with fee

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place with a great view of the Huachuca Mountains! It is just north of Fry Blvd with numerous dining options. It 6 mins from the Fort Huachuca Buffalo Soldier gate, 6 mins from Walmart, Home Depot, the Public Library. Within walking distance of Bella Vista Neighborhood Park and Len Roberts Park. and so much more!

We are very excited for all our guests to enjoy our 2059 sqft, 4 bedroom 2 bath single family home here at Sierra Vista. Our spacious and Cossy family room, office space. A Beautiful kitchen with dining area, counter granite top and new cabinets. Our laundry room have a sitting area.
Fenced yard with fire pit, gym with a 62 inch smart screen TV. Multiple parking space on the property for up to five cars. Our house is in the central location absolutely everything is within 5 to 10 minutes drive. you can park iup to 6 trucks on the property not counting the street parking.

HOUSE INFO + RULES
(1) All Booking Alterations Request for a shorter stay from the original length will be denied. Change of Dates will be accepted as long as same length of stay or longer.

(2) 8 Guests can sleep comfortable. For any additional guests we have 2 air mattresses that in the first closet in the hallway with their respective sheets.

(3) guess that are not on the reservation will have to pay extra fee if staying the night over.

(4) The thermostat is in the hallway on the wall by the first bathroom.

(5) Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash are provided. Hair dryer. hair straightener.

(6) If you require early check in please let us know immediately same day early check in request will be declined (Early check in fee is $50- as we would have to hire an additional cleaner to have ready in time)

(7) Must Check Out before10:00am or there will be a $50 late check out fee.

(8) Please no Smoking/Vaping on the Property.

- Please no Food/Drinks on the bed
- Please no Loud Noise after 10 PM to 6 AM
- Please no shoes in the house or on the Bed.
- Please Keep the house clean,
- Please when checking out put the Dishes in the dishwasher add soap and turn it on.

(9) Dispose Garbage in Garbage bins upon Check out

(10) Garbage days are Mondays and Thursdays, 6:30am

(11) clean up after your pets. pets are not allowed at any time to be out and about the house, the Sun room is where you put your pet and in their kenel/ cage or outside. pet owner will be responsible for any damages.

(12) Failure to Clean up after yourself will result of a Cleaning Fee.

(13) Smoking/Vaping in the house Fee: $500.

(14) Please ask all questions for any clarification, because after booking you accept all these terms and condition.

Never in 20 years of rentals have we had a bad experience or left a bad review. Today is the day.

Hey, sometimes the guest is the problem, so it is hard to judge whether the reviews are valid. So, you decide. We expect to receive a hostile response; that is the host's M.O.No room to list ALL the grievances, here are the highlights:Cameras: Outside & INSIDE as well. Our acts were being monitored as confirmed by host when they said that they could see us & our dog activity because they had cameras. Host sent us no less than 20 messages over the weekend & was upset with us that we were not answering them immediately. On Easter. One message was to tell us to close a door. Another was to say that we had not divulged that we had dogs on our reservation, which was later recanted because they looked it up. Check in/out times: Listed as check in 4pm, check out 11am. The cleaning crew was there when we arrived & didn't finish until 5pm. We asked if we could have an extra hour to check out and we were told that we would be charged 50 per hour if we did not vacate by 10am and that the checkout time listed was a "Vrbo glitch". They sent us a screen grab of the cleaning staff entering the house at 4:54pm to somehow prove that they were there only 10 min over, but they obviously did not see the time stamp in the image.We had 3 extra charges on our cc in addition to our initial rental fee, so our bank has launched a fraud investigation.Kitchen - Dirty. Cleaning required before useFurniture - Worn out & roughYard - Poops & cig buttsWasher - Rusted out & inoperable
Indoor camera.
Washing Machine. That is not just rust on the surface, it is actually rusted through. Claim by the host that the last guest damaged it and that was why it was inoperable.
Couch (under the slipcovers and dog pads).
Dirty dish right out of the cupboard, all of the dishes and utensils had to be washed before we could use them.
