Much needed get away in our favorite place!

We always enjoy staying at The Beach Club. It feels like home away from home for us since we have been so many times. This is our second time staying in this unit. The cool colors of the decor are so calming and cozy. The small little pantry off of the kitchen is nice so we don't have to pile food items on the counter tops. We had everything we needed and the unit is very conveniently located right off of the elevators.

Perfect place to stay on the beach!

This a great place to stay! Very comfortable and cozy. The place is very clean and well kept. Beautiful view of the beach with easy access to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. I highly recommend!

We had an impromptu trip to Gulf Shores and were fortunate to find this option at the Beach Club Resort when the Hurricane derailed plans to Florida. Condo is as described and location to elevator is ideal and the view is outstanding! Wow! Unit was clean outside of draining issues in the master shower - it did not appear to have been cleaned well prior to arrival but I was able to clean without much effort. Exterior balcony light didn’t work - but a quick light bulb change and that’s good to go - it didn’t impede our stay at all. Beds and furniture are all comfortable and decor is up to date. Loved having laundry in unit. Beach chairs, umbrellas and gear were wonderful. Onsite dining and 5 pools were nice! Property grounds are very well kept. Only caveat - if you intend to use the main pool with dining service, gym, or other amenities you will pay an additional fee per day. The Hideaway and Ice Cream shop are great! There is a Dollar General close by - main grocery and dining options are about 15-20 min drive into Gulf Shores. Would recommend this for a family of 4-6 depending on ages of kids. Bunk room was perfect for our 10 year olds. Enjoy! The beach is gorgeous and the location is a breeze for beach and pool days! Communication and check in upon arrival were simple and very clear.

Home Away from Home

Doral 1606 was the most comfortable and relaxing condo I have ever stayed in. The view was outstanding, and the amenities included everything we needed. Everything was very clean. I cannot think of one thing that we were unhappy about. We spent 2 weeks here and felt like we were at home. We will return.

Most wonderful condo on the beach!

The condo was exceptional! We had plenty of room, and the views on the balcony were amazing. The kids loved the bunk beds in the bedroom. We had a great time on the beach, and everybody was so nice. The food trucks were so good on the property, and the kids had plenty of things to do. I would highly recommend staying here. We hope to be back soon.

One shower had red bacteria at the sliding glass door, Booked for five nights I checked the availability on the condo and it showed it was open for three more nights sent the host a text about possibly staying two more nights no reply other than a list on app of other places to rent. No explanation why this condo wasn’t available. Nice view and location.

Perfect Place For Friends And Family!!!

This unit was perfect for our family. My wife and I, 3 children, and 2 of their friends had plenty of room. The view was excellent, the decor tasteful, and the bedding was extremely nice. Great water pressure, toys in the owner's closet to play with along with books to read. One guest room has 4 bunks, perfect for the kids and friends. The third bedroom and half bath truly provided for all of our needs. The only complaint is that we had to leave! We will be back, though!

The best time!

This condo was everything and more! It is huge so at no point with all seven of us did we feel like we were running over each other. There are Tupperware stocked and organized that was so handy for us because we cooked and carried stuff down to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans. There was a closet full of beach stuff that came in handy too because we also needed the extra umbrellas. We had such a great time and they even let us check in early which gave us a whole extra half day at the beach. We will definitely be back!

The condo was beautiful and so well stocked. Wonderful location!!!

My family and I so enjoyed our stay in this condo and would love to return. It was furnished beautifully and well stocked… the location is wonderful and all of the amenities are great especially with our 3 grandchildren that came. My sister and her her family were in another condo in Doral as well so it was perfect!!! My daughter and I even took advantage of the Pilates class one morning at 8:00 on the balcony of the Coastal Veranda. (It was wonderful! I’m still sore lol or maybe from carrying chairs, tent, etc to beach haha ) The beach is my happy place and we made some wonderful memories here that I’ll always cherish. ♥️

Family vaca w/ young children

Beautiful place and very clean! It was the perfect size for my family. The resort was nice, as well. It was our first time in Gulf Shores and we plan to come back. Biggest drawback to the condo is safety features for children. As stated in the description, the condo is on the 16th floor; however, it also has tall patio furniture making it even more dangerous with children. In the living room, make sure to double check the lock on the sliding door. It works but does not easily lock. You have to push the door shut firmly at the same time as you lock it. It usually took several attempts to secure it locking properly. Also the door to the hall is not difficult for children to unlock and open. Overall, it was great stay but would not recommend staying with young children.

Nice unit on the 16th floor. All necessary amenities were available. Unit was very clean and well kept. Only wish is that they had some type of lounge chair on the balcony rather than just a table and bar stool type chairs. Communication prior to check in was very good and check in was very easy. We would use this unit again.
