This apartment is on the first floor of the house and provides around 100m² of living space. A total of up to six people can be accommodated comfortably. The centrepiece of the luxurious apartment is the spacious living and dining room with access to the big balcony. Modern and light furniture create a pleasant ambience. The corner sofa can also be converted into a sofa bed for two people. A widescreen LCD TV and air conditioning are provided. The two bedrooms each have a double bed.
