Island H2O is our closest and newest state of the art water park. Only 10 mins away

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Evenings invite you to gather outdoors with a meal on the grill, laughter carrying over the water as the hot tub bubbles nearby. Inside, the spaces are designed for connection, whether you’re challenging each other in the game room or winding down in one of the themed bedrooms.

Sleeping arrangements
With six bedrooms spread across two levels, there’s space for everyone to find a comfortable retreat. Downstairs, the King Triton Suite features a king bed, 55" smart TV, and a private ensuite with a jetted tub and separate shower. The Siesta Suite includes a queen bed and 50" Roku smart TV. Upstairs, the Mickey & Minnie Suite offers two twin beds and a 40" smart TV, while the Star Wars Suite provides two queen beds and a 50" smart TV. The Clearwater Suite holds a king bed, 55" smart TV, and private ensuite, while the Moana Suite combines a queen and full bed with a 50" smart TV.

Outdoor living
Step out to a covered lanai with seating arranged around the private heated pool and hot tub. A propane BBQ grill makes it easy to share meals outdoors after days spent exploring nearby attractions. Resort amenities including a clubhouse pool, gym, and lake path are also available to enjoy.

Indoor entertainment & comfort
Two living areas give you options for relaxing together, each with a large smart TV. The air-conditioned game room is stocked with a pool table, ping pong table, game console, board games, and an additional TV, ensuring plenty of ways to spend time indoors. Bedrooms are outfitted with extra linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage. Essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided, along with a washer, dryer, and ironing supplies for added convenience.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare group meals, including an Airfryer stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, mini fridge, dishwasher, toaster, blender, wine glasses, and a hot water kettle. Cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are included, and there’s also an Instant pot for easy family dinners. A dining table allows everyone to gather together, while barbecue utensils and outdoor furniture make poolside dining just as inviting.

Family-friendly touches
Traveling with children is easier here, with a crib, pack ’n play, high chair, children’s dinnerware, books, toys, and baby safety gates all available.

Safety & peace of mind
The home includes exterior security cameras (front and back, not facing indoors), hardwired and individual smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
