The location is ideal at this centrally located cottage. Park your car and easily walk to the 7 miles of beach as well as the shops, restaurants and grocery store in town.

On a quiet, residential street one block East of Hwy 101, enjoy this fully renovated and newly furnished 1920s home. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit under the covered patio after using the gas grill and fully equipped kitchen for your meals. Or if you want a break from cooking there are many restaurants and food carts close by.

With multiple spaces in the home to relax everyone can be together yet still have their own 'spot.' - the sunroom, the comfy living room, the dedicated work space off of the 3rd bedroom, the spacious kitchen, and the covered patio and large fenced backyard.

There is a Roku enabled TV in the living room and high-speed Internet. Bring your logins for your favorite streaming apps and you will be automatically logged out upon check out.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor each with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds up a staircase accessed from one of the queen bedrooms. It is an ideal set up for people with kids. There is also a dedicated workspace off of the upstairs bedroom.

The home comes with fresh linens and furnishings, and supplies of regular and decaf coffee and a selection of teas and hot chocolate. Full sized washer/dryer with 3 washing tablet, black out curtains, and 3 dish washer tablets plus dish soap. For longer stays some extra supplies can be added. Fully stocked bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, lotion, and extra toilet paper and tissues.

We stayed there with a group of three which felt perfectly fitting but I could see you going for more people depending on how much space you want. Without sharing, there's four beds. Great location and place had plenty of space to spread out. Rooms were separated for space but still close.Kitchen was huge and a great table for game time. They also had a cute backyard, and washer and dryer witches super handy for a trip. Nobody wants to cart back dirty clothes. There is a restaurant and bar just down the street, but even with them doing events over the weekend it was so peacefully quiet and there's a great store nearby for all your grocery needs. In addition, like it says it's close walk to the beach but not only is it close it's easy to get to. Plenty of crosswalks to get through and an easy walk into the beach rather than a treacherous rock climb down, which sometimes I've encountered.I recommend this place for a small gathering 3-4 as that way everyone would have their own bed without sharing, but you could go up to six.

After travelling extensively myself, often staying at VRBO properties, I recently decided to host out a house that I have owned for about 10 years, having just renovated it and bringing in new furnishings from top to bottom.

Why they chose this property

I love that the beach is so accessible, and that there is a backdrop of the coastal range. The people are friendly and only about 90 minutes to Portland. It is well located on the Oregon coast with short drives to many significant sites.

What makes this property unique

Hard to say just one thing. The location can't be beat - on a quiet street yet only a couple of minutes to the center of town and the main beach access. The house is really cute, and the front sun room for morning coffee and the back patio for an evening chat can't be beat.
