It’s a lovely little house. Appears to be brand new. Short walk to the beach, shops, wonderful steam train. The house felt a little big for my wife and me; it would be great for a family with kids. Only desire: Maybe a few K-pods for the Keurig machine, or ground coffee for the brewer?

Property is clean and well maintained, essentially brand new. Set up is ideal for a family or a group of people. Kitchen is well stocked with essentially anything you might need. Communication from host was ideal and check in process was a breeze! Access to the beach is a short walk across the highway; however traffic is kind and allows for walkers to easily access the beach. There is a wagon for hauling items to the beach and a canopy for shade; no beach towels though so don't forget to bring. Town is small however has all the essentials including a small grocery, bakery and café.

Beautiful, clean home! Only one thing - there is a light that shines directly into the loft area where the bunkbeds are. The windows are in the upper part of the stairwell so there's no way to block the light. I suggested to the rental company that they install remote control blinds.
