The villa is cleanly delivered to the guests. Villa cleaning is done once a week. All rooms have an air conditioner.

Important Information

Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are regularly done once a day by staff. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. An extra price is not requested. The villa is cleanly delivered and is cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices.

Damage Deposit

A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.
