Vacationing In Modern, Boutique Style - 2BDR/2Bath Quiet Condo Near Strip

We have installed a bigger tv already . When they left they told us they loved it there . The furniture is modern and no more then 3 years old . Puzzling . It’s just like in the pictures .Maybe modern interior is not suited for everyone .

These guest were friendly when they arrived but complained about their previous year stay in Arizona right away . The guests were not able to handle appliances well. We had to come over three times to show them how to use the start button on the dishwasher . Turns out the guests pushed the "on " light, instead the start button . They removed all clean floor mats in the 2 bath and then complained that the floor was slippery when they stepped out of bathtub. Probably need a bathtub which opens with a door to step in . They also ripped down a blind in a bedroom thus breaking the brackets and making a hole in the window encasement .Dining room chrome /leather chairs were scratching paint off the wall and making small holes there as well as in the chairs. . We needed to repaint that area. Also needed to get a new blind since we could not just buy those brackets by itself again. We do not supply a vaccum cleaner anymore since they usually only last 6 month due to careless use . Therefore we offer every guest a complimentary carpet vaccum with a professional machine once a month or if needed more often . We offered that to these guests as well. We also supply many cleaning products including swiffers and floor pads. . Guests also complained about a musky smell under the kitchen sink but could not find a leak . When we got there to check under the sink , no leak but the kitchen garbage was laying under the sink in a open plastik bag . The smell was gone once the garbage was taken out. At the time we arrived, a pot on the stove was burned and overflowing . The other burner was red hot and no pot on it . That pot was discarded . Nothing in the condo is decades old as these guests proclaim ,since it is only in our possession since 2016 and was remodeled before we decorated it with new furniture then. Furniture gets bought new when it shows wear and tear . We understand that every guest has their own needs and wants . Some Guest have broken things in the condo. Sometimes we catch it right away sometimes another guest points it out . Some of them do not report it when they break something . Some do and just pay for a replacement which is the right thing to do .We do repair any damage we see right away so it does not affect a guests enjoyment of the stay . Some do not want to pay for the things they break and write complaints like these ones. We only charge for obvious things a guest breaks . Lucky it does not happen often . The guests left floors and rooms clean . Some snowbirds have a hard time to adjust to different appliances and new surroundings other than their homes they accustomed to . We only charged for the ripped down blinds and brackets, and the repaint of the wall .
