You’ll enjoy staying at our 3-bedroom, 3-bath condominium in East Vail which sleeps 8, has fantastic views, and is modernly renovated. The property is located in Gore Creek Meadows, a private quiet complex with a large hot tub and pool that is only a 5-minute walk to the FREE Vail bus line, an 8-minute drive to the Vail Village, and a 12-minute drive to Vail Pass which has fantastic snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and hiking. Abundant unrestricted close parking is available at our complex.

The condominium is tastefully furnished and includes a variety of modern features including heated slate flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, high-speed wireless Internet, and a front loading washer and dryer. The leaving room features wraparound couch seating, a 55-inch HD television, a Blu-Ray DVD player, a ROKU, an audio-receiver with Bluetooth, and an electric fireplace. The adjoining fully-equipped kitchen is suitable for cooking gourmet meals, and the open dining area is great for entertaining. The dining room table seats 8 people comfortably on padded leather chairs.

The master bedroom sleeps two people and has a king-sized log bed, a large dresser, mirror, and a directly-attached bathroom with a full tub. The 2nd bedroom sleeps four people, has a bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom, a single mattress on the top, and a single trundle bed pull-out on the floor. The 2nd bedroom also has a dresser, closet, and a directly-attached bathroom with a full tub. The 3rd bedroom sleeps two people, has a queen-sized bed, a closet, and a directly-attached bathroom with a stand-up hot steam shower. All bedrooms have private balconies with mountain views.

In addition to fantastic mountain hiking, Bighorn Park and Gore Creek are only a few minutes’ walk from the property. Bighorn Park features a sports field, large children’s playground, picnic facilities, and a pond and creek. Gore Creek is great for fly fishing and playing in the stream on warm summer days.

Great place and host

Very comfortable and well appointed condo in East Vail. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to make it easy to get ready with a bunch of teenagers. The pool and hot tub are awesome too. Host was very responsive and had lots of instructions to make things easy and comfortable.

This was our third time staying here. We love that this condo has 3 bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a living room that will seat our family of 7. The community surrounding this condo is excellent. Everyone we run into at the pool and local park are so friendly and helpful. It is nice and quiet in East vail and this condo is the perfect landing spot for our family.

A summer dream

We stayed with our family of 7 (including 3-8 year old children) and this was the perfect place. We loved the condo complex - nice heated pool and hot tub, walking distance to the local pond and playground, easy bus access. The condo itself was great. The kitchen was fully stocked. We loved that we had everything that we needed (spices, sauces, etc). The bedrooms worked well for us especially with the bunks and trundle bed. The host was communicative when needed. We would stay here again.

3 Bedrooms each with a Bathroom

We had three friends on a ski trip and this place worked out so well as no one had to share a bathroom. We cook at home so the kitchen was a great bonus with plenty of high-quality cookware, sharp knives, and glass storage containers for leftovers. Bathrooms had great hot water and high water pressure with plenty of towels and washcloths. If we had a minor complaint, it was that the coffee maker was only a 4-cup version and we had to make a lot of coffee. This place was awesome.

Great condo for our family of 5's ski trip to Vail/Beaver Creek. The condo's Kitchen was very well equipped, just about anything you may need to cook a meal was there. The beds in the condo were very comfortable and linens were soft. Would be nice to have a handful of pool towels available vs. having to use shower/bathroom towels. Condo's pool and hot tub are close to the unit. Location was very quiet. Easy access to the Vail shuttle. Easy 8-10 minute drive to Vail for skiing. Communication with the owner, Greg, was great, clear and easy to understand, and timely/quick responses. If I am back in the area for another ski trip, will definitely stay here again.

Vail Hiking, Biking, Fishing, Relaxing Get Away

My son and I spent 4 days at Greg's condo in East Vail to do some hiking, fly fishing and bike riding and just enjoy the beauty of the Rockies. Greg's condo was a perfect stay for us. It is so well layed out and spacious and is the most well stocked rental I have ever stayed at. Greg's communication with us was excellent. The clincher was that all we had to do was walk 100 yards to fly fish in Gore Creek. Talk about "fish in fish out". I would definitely recommend Greg's condo.

It was nice. Sleep space and bathrooms great. Kitchen well supplied with spices soap, check before you buy. walk to bus a little long with skis and in ski boots but better than paying to park. Kitchen a little small when cooking for 7. Had to wait for hot tub to empty out a few times. Grill was too nasty to use. Enjoyed our vacation and would go back.. thanks

Best property ever!!

If you are coming to Vail this is the place to stay. Greg is fantastic he was so flexible and so kind with check in times! The property was immaculate when we got there. We chose to stay during the construction and it did not affect our stay at all. We had plenty of places to sleep. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and for eating with a group of 6 girls. We loved the location it’s very close to the pool and the hot tub and is only a 6 minute walk to the bus stop for the FREE bus. Greg was awesome the welcome packet had everything we needed. Fast wifi, comfy beds, and an AMAZING location. If I could give this place 6/5 stars I would!

Great Location

The location of the condo in East Vail is a great, quiet, family atmosphere outside the Vail Village/Lionshead bubble and commotion. Either a short car or bus ride is needed to get to the gondolas and restaurants of Vail....the fees of parking garages and the restaurant and stores are fun to visit...relaxation occurred once the condo is reached. The condo is as described - we had four adults that fit perfectly.

The property is as described on VRBO. Great location. Safeway grocery store is a short drive away. Vail village is a few minutes away. Nice trails close by. The condo is very clean and well stocked. Plenty of kitchen gear. Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Had everything we needed to prepare and serve our food including a grill on the back balcony. Place even had the MLB Extra Innings package so I didn't have to miss any Cubs games! Very pleased with this rental and would recommend.

The condo is very comfortable with everything we need. Loved the location with a great view of the mountains. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi after a long hike or tubing on the river. Also enjoyed a leisurely walk around Bighorn Park after dinner or the short hike to waterfall on the trial across from the park. It is just a lovely area.

Home Away From Home!

My family of 8 were looking for a place where we could have all the comforts of home while exploring Vail. We like cooking for ourselves (our kids have allergies) and wanted a pool to play in. We couldn't have asked for a better spot. The location is great as it's only a few exits from Vail proper. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, the entertainment great and the wifi good. We ended up cooking all our meals there and used the BBQ. There's plenty of kitchen gear and BBQ gear. There's also a kids park a short walk away which my kids enjoyed. We took lots of day trips to different hikes around Vail. I really have nothing bad to say about this property. We really enjoyed it and will definitely consider coming back.
