If you’re looking for a home on the ocean with a dock and comfortable beds this is what you get. Basically paid for a view, dock and pool. Home needs maintenance and a new refrigerator. Frank was great to work with and would have done anything to help us. I would say this is a great home for a low key, don’t care about anything group, maybe a bunch of guys who want to fish. Great location to vaca cut, ocean, alligator lighthouse and 7 mile bridge.
