The 7 bedrooms, 6 beds, 1 sofa bed and 2 bathrooms can accommodate up to 13 people. Flatscreen HDTV with Chromecast enables video streaming from any device. IPTV box with movie and sports channels available upon request. A dedicated workspace with desk, ergonomic chair and reliable high-speed internet allows you to work from home efficiently. Ample parking for up to 3 cars in private driveway.

Guest access:

Entire house, including main floor and basement.

Other things to note:

The 7th bedroom is set up with a sofa bed (twin size) by default. If you would like to add a single size bed, please let me know before booking.

We're located in the multi-cultural neighbourhood of Wexford/Maryvale in western Scarborough. Its diversity is celebrated on Lawrence Avenue, where an international array of food shops and restaurants can be found. This mix includes East and West Indian, Caribbean, African, Mediterranean, Greek and Italian businesses.
