Old, very old.

Only positive comment is that the place is clean. Missing light bulbs everywhere. The living room fan has three different bulbs and only two work, giving out dim amber lighting which makes it look like the lighting in Disney’s haunted mansion. No Internet during the entire stay. I left one day early because me and my wife could not stand it anymore. Find something else.

Very Spacious Home

The house was very clean, the rooms are large. Comfortable seating in the living room and the view is great. Don't expect everything to be brand new and you won't be disappointed. The house worked for our vacation, but everything wasn't perfect. We had to use our own Hulu when we couldn't get a signal on the TV but then discovered that Amazon Prime worked on the TV. The Internet was terrible. I called and reported the TV wasn't working right, just so the next guests might not have to deal with it. We like a softer mattress and our bed was a bit hard, even with a topper, so we didn't sleep the best. Hard to turn our trailer around in the drive/yard but we managed. Two very sharp turns to get there and a gravel drive. But overall, our stay was pleasant.

Great vacation rental

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this place! Convenient to Bryson City, easy drive, very clean, privacy, roomy. We felt at home and enjoyed the outside fireplace and great view. There were games, toys and DVD’s. Dish TV did not work probably due to tree blocking the signal. Will definitely stay here again! Did not deal with agent. Booking done on line very easy.
