This was an excellent stay for our family. Very clean, neat and the garage to park was a great bonus. TVs , WiFi, washer / dryer / dishwasher washer. Giving one a home away from home. Mike was an excellent communicator and quickly responded to any questions from checking in to checking out. 100% recommend. And the back yard cover porch was a relaxing area for that morning coffee. Kudos to the host and his team for making this a success for our family. Stay here! Relax and Enjoy!

I traveled to Hobbs for work. A coworker and i shared this beautiful house. First time in Hobbs for both of us. We were blown away! The house is impeccable. Beautifully furnished and well equipped for our every need. The neighborhood is quiet. We felt much safer and more comfortable than we would have in a hotel. Cheers to the host! This will be my location of choice in Hobbs.

Great House and Host/Owner

The owner Mike from day one of booking on VRBO had great communication and contact with me on an issue that VRBO had by having it listed twice and booked twice. Mr Mike made sure everything was handled and he handled it all very well and professionally. The house is a great house in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. If i ever stay in Hobbs again, i will be trying to rent this house again. Recommend this house to anyone. Access to the garage is always awesome as well.

The home was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully decorated, and located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Our host was attentive from the moment we booked through checkout, providing clear instructions and communicating proactively. We truly appreciated how seamless and welcoming the entire experience felt, and we would absolutely stay here again.We did notice a few small things during our stay that may need attention: the living room light wouldn’t turn on, the ironing board was broken, and the patio furniture could use a cleaning — especially since the backyard is beautifully landscaped and perfect for relaxing outdoors. We also purchased fly swatters and a fly trap because the flies were pretty heavy during the first couple of days. None of these items overshadowed our stay, but mentioning them may help future guests enjoy the property even more. Overall, we had a wonderful visit and truly enjoyed the home.
