Thank you for considering our home.
To protect our special home from disrespectful guests that might treat our home poorly, we only permit experienced guests that have 5-star review history from past hosts.
If you do not have a review history, please share with us what brings you to town and we may consider your situation. If not, we may cancel your reservation within 72 hours of your creating the reservation with a 4% processing fee.

Our home is a new home in the newly built Reedy Creek - Oak Gate community. We have multiple large parks, and plenty of sidewalks to enjoy long walks.

Inside you enjoy new amenities, comfortable open floorplan, & spacious kitchen.

Our home has 1 bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Upstairs also has our laundry room and an additional living room/office space between our bedrooms that is great to work or relax away from the living space downstairs.

Our entire home is available to you except for the garage.

Our smart locks allow for a contact free check in. We will only come by if needed for anything. Otherwise, guests have total privacy.

We live in a neighborhood with a community center, playgrounds and more.
Conveniently located to many local activities.

Wow! Very, very clean and well stocked in all areas of the house - - appliances in kitchen, bathroom needs, blankets, towels, games, etc. Listing was spot-on with the neighborhood - - quiet and sidewalks everywhere . . . excellent for running each morning. Host was very responsive - - each communication was thorough and included all the necessary details. Our stay was effortless and most enjoyable due to their attention to details.
