Accommodates work groups on projects by the week. If you are interested, we can make something work over the winter til May. The apartment is close to everything, the airport, parks, Michigan Adventure, Silver Lake Sand Dunes, Golf Courses, Double JJ Ranch, Grand Haven and many other beaches. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoors space, stocked trout pond in a quiet convenient setting.

There is a grill on the deck that you will love to eat and socialize on. All fishing with barbless hooks Catch and Release. You won't hear a peep out of the kids. They'll be too busy walking around the pond fishing and chasing frogs.

Dave met me as I drove up. Showed me around, inside and outside. He has a pond stocked with fish. He has fishing poles for you to use. Catch and release. The accommodations were great. I highly recommend.

Room for everyone

Loved finding a place that could house our whole family. We had 15 people there but there were more beds in the rooms if couples had children with them. We were here for a wedding and was able to host a rehearsal dinner. The back deck can easily seat 40 or more people (now has a newly built covered area) and then there's the huge back yard with an area for even more seating and a fireplace. I thought the place looked bigger and better in person.

Great escape in the back yard of the property.

House sets on a busy street in an industrial area but the back yard is paradise. Large enough for a large group. Rooms are clean and kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook.

Better than ever!

Dave is a SUPER host! Very attentive to every question. Responsive to every need. House/estate was what we just needed for our 23 family for the week. Stocked pond, canoe, air hockey/pool/pingpong table was high quality and just what the kids (13) could entertain them selves with. No complaints at all!

Wonderful property for a group

I stayed here with my youth choir and chaperones---32 of us and the house was wonderful!! The house was very clean and well maintained and very homey. The yard in back with the fishing lakes, and firepit area and big deck were wonderful. The location was so convenient to both Grand Haven and Muskegon. The owner is wonderful to work with---He even cooked dinner for us. Our group had a wonderful time here.

We were very impressed with this beautiful 4bedroom place. Very spacious. Had three families stay here and had plenty of room. Very kid friendly. Sat 13 people outside, Enjoyed BBQing and eating at the deck patio. Children loved feeding fish in pond and enjoying a nice relaxing evening by the fire. Owner very pleasant and made sure our stay was perfect. Recommended 100%

We moved the house to my 5 acres in September 2014 that was in a location next to where the casino will be built. Its got a great location of 2 minutes to the mall, Grand Haven beaches, downtown shopping , dining, and nightlife are 5 minutes away. Your a few minutes from Muskegon Pere Marquette beaches as well and the fine dining throughout the area.

What makes this property unique

Downtown Grand Haven and Beaches 5 minutes away, Golf, Michigan Adventure, Silver Lake Sand Dunes, Double J Ranch, 2 different Race Car tracks, and many other recreational activities are all close by.
