Nest out west in this professionally designed 2 BD/3 BA townhome. Sleeps 6.

Enjoy our quiet townhome centrally located to many Colorado staples. Just an hour drive to the Rocky Mountain National Park and only 20 minutes outside of Denver, Golden and Boulder. Skip the I-70 traffic and enjoy a scenic drive to the nearest ski lodge, Eldora Mountain Ski Resort. This professionally designed townhome provides a relaxing environment for either an adults getaway or a family vacation. This spacious townhome sleeps 6 with 1 King bed and 2 queen beds (one queen bed is a sleeper sofa located in a loft). For families with small children we provide a highchair and a pack n play. Enjoy our board games near the gas fireplace or work from (our) home in our closed off office.

Absolutely pristine property...spotless. All necessities and many extras were provided. Tony responded immediately if I had a comment or question. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. I have absolutely no complaints and would stay there again in a heartbeat! Nicest place we've stayed in all our many trips to Colorado. It was like staying in a top tier hotel, but with so many extras and being able to be together as a family.

We spent several great days at this property. It is bright and clean in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Boulder or Denver and the airport. Huge bedroom and brand new appliances. Great value compared to staying in a hotel--especially for extended family.

We loved this property! The condo was very spacious, nicely decorated and stocked with all kinds of amenities you don't normally see at VRBO's (rice cooker, slow cooker, zip lock bags, clothes steamer, lots of spices, etc). The bedding was very soft and the mattresses and pillows were comfy and high quality. The host was an excellent communicator. It was about 25 minutes from University of Colorado, Boulder, but an easy commute. It was a great option for our family during Graduation weekend when prices for hotel rooms easily exceeded 1,000/night, which is just crazy. We will absolutely reserve this property again when we are in the Boulder/Denver area again.

very nice layout. upstairs 2 bedrooms with loft in the middle. All the little things you could need.....spices, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Only negative wish there would have been blackout curtains in master bedroom because the sun comes up really early and my husband thought the bed was a bit lumpy and hurt his back but I thought it was really soft.
