The ground floor has living room, kitchen, dining area, two (2) bedrooms, and the bathroom. The upper floor has one bedroom. There is a basement with washing machine and dryer for guest to use free of charge.

First Aid Kit, trash bags, cleaning supplies, and bathroom essentials are in the hallway closet on the 1st floor.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel fridge, stove, microwave, and dish washer. Also included in the kitchen are plates, cups, silverware, full set of kitchen knives, pots, pans, blenders, kettle and coffee maker.

Thermostat is in the hallway on the 1st floor. Washer and dryer are in the basement.

Iron and ironing board are in the closet of the left bedroom on the 1st floor.

Circuit breaker is in the basement on the right side of the wall facing the steps.

There are plastic bags for you in each closet to put dirty clothes for laundry.
There is a small trash basket in each room. Please empty the basket into the big trash bin at the back of the building when a basket is full and before check-out.

There are 2 doors at the front and 2 on the side entrance. You need a key to access the building from the front or the side doors. The key will be retrieved from the lock box using the Code provided to you during your booking confirmation or check-in.
