"Super stylish", "very comfortable", "great location" are just a few of the comments from previous guests. This beautiful, new construction is now under new management. We are the homeowners, which means we take great pride in this property. Our home boasts King size beds in 3 of the 4 bedrooms and blackout drapes in all of the bedrooms. Our home is a short distance from the University of Arkansas, downtown, and world famous bicycle trails. Welcome home!

This property was perfect for our Fayetteville weekend getaway. Perfectly located. Safe neighborhood. The 3 king beds was one of the best features. 2 family's and we had ample amount of space.

My wife and I recently moved from Southern California to Middle Tennessee. I retired after serving 32 years in EMS, including 6 years on a helicopter and 18 years in the fire service. I enjoy just about anything outdoors. Some of my favorites are; cycling, wakeboarding, snow skiing, hiking, and off-road racing. Hosting has presented a new challenge for me and I enjoy interacting with guests.

We chose this home in Fayetteville due to the proximity to the University, downtown, and all of the local cycling trails.

What makes this property unique

First of all, the home was built less than 2 years ago and all of the furnishings are new. Our home has not 1 king bed, not 2 king beds, but "3 king beds." Try to find another home that can offer you that! All of the mattresses are quality and every bedroom has blackout drapes for a great night sleep.
