The house was very clean, in a great location between my 2 favorite places Mexico beach and port st joes in a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were extremely comfortable first time in a long time staying somewhere besides home without waking up With my back killing me. The home had everything we needed and more.We definitely will stay again on our next trip.My boys and I want to thank y'all so very much for letting us stay and enjoy y’all’s home.

The pictures don't do the house justice. The rooms are larger than they appear and the entire house is beautiful. What a great find! We hope we get to come back to this one next trip to Port St. Joe.

Property was just as advertised. It was quiet neighborhood and easy walk to beach. House was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the backyard and screen porch as well. Also a very nice neighborhood to walk and ride electric bikes. Of course the beach was perfect and just 3 blocks from the rental. Would gladly stay here again!

Great location! Quiet, nice neighborhood. Very close to Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe. Beach entrance is right at the end of the street. House was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Hosts had great communication. Would definitely stay again!

This is an immaculate home. Beds are super comfy. Kitchen is well stocked. The living room has a huge reclining sectional sofa big enough for family movies in the evenings. The back porch and backyard are spacious and well appointed. It is located almost equidistance between two boat launches, making it convenient for fishing trips.

the reason for the low cleanliness rating was due to mouse droppings in the drawer under the stove and in the bottom of a cabinet next to the laundry room door. Coastal joe sent their maintenance people out to clean they removed the droppings but did not wash and sanitize the cooking utinsels in the drawer. maybe checking for animal excrement is not part of cleaning after rental. an exterminator was also sent out and placed two glue traps in the house.
