Outdoor space
Double doors in the living room lead to our gorgeous backyard. The primary bedroom suite also offers direct access to the backyard. The outdoor area features a sparkling swimming pool, a hot tub, a ping pong table, a fire pit, a love-birds swing, a picnic style dining table, a bbq, and areas for shade and sun.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: King Size Bed with Brooklyn Bedding Mattress, en suite bathroom, rain shower, and direct access to the backyard

Bedroom 2: Queen Size Sleep Number, designated work area/desk space.

Bedroom 3: Queen Size Murphy Bed with Memory Foam Mattress Topper, designated work area/desk space...or fold the bed up for yoga space!

Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom with rain shower/bathtub combo.

Living Room includes Extra Large Couch, Full Size Koala Sleeper Sofa, Rocking Chair, and Smart TV.

Front Room/Reading Room includes Comfortable Couch, Reading Chairs, and Full Library.

Gourmet Kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay. It features an Induction Stovetop, Double Oven, Breville Smart Oven, Air Fryer, Microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker with re-fillable environmentally friendly k-cups, Refrigerator/Freezer, Microwave, Blender, glassware, plates, utensils, etc. all available for your use. There is bar-style seating for 4 at our "breakfast bar" and the dining table is just a few steps from the kitchen with seating for 6.

The house is equipped with the fastest internet for your convenience. We also provide a starter supply of the essentials including: diswasher pods, sponges, coffee for refillable k-cups, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, & paper towels.

House Rules:
Check In: Anytime after 3pm
Check Out: By 11am

Children must be supervised at all times.
No parties or events.
No pets.
No smoking on property--indoors or outdoors.
No use of indoor fireplace.
Quiet Hours: 11pm-7am
Must be 25 to book and the main guest on the reservation must stay at the home.

We ask that you take care of our home with respect for our space and the belongings we leave here. Please be considerate of our neighbors.
